The hotel is in a good location, not far from Boston Common and the various historical sites in that area. Dillion on the front desk is a gem, He was there when I checked in and on my final day when I picked up my bags. He was particularly helpful, friendly and welcoming. All other staff members I encountered were fine, though I appreciate that when they are are on a call when a guest turns up at the reception desk, but maybe they could at least look up, acknowledge you whilst mouthing 'I'll be with you soon', so you don't feel invisible.

Loved the location. Close to the Green and Orange line. Pay parking was across the street and is 1/2 the price if validated by hotel.
